Shipping and returns within Germany are free. We usually hand your order to the carrier on the same or next working day. You will receive tracking by email.

How do I request a return?

Return shipping within Germany is free. Request your return within 14 days of delivery at info@auraplusclo.com, including your order number. We will send you a free return label. See our return conditions for further information.

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not shipped, we will check whether the requested change is possible. Changes are not guaranteed.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email info@auraplusclo.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review your request and get back to you with the next steps.
